Board Meeting Notes 7-9-2025

1. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

The minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and unanimously approved.

2. Rotary Convention Recap – Mateo’s Participation

• Bruce reported on the recent Rotary Convention, which had over 15,000 attendees seeking investment opportunities.

• The organization doubled the size of its booth and collected contact information from 100 individuals, with 50 expressing interest in supporting the initiative.

• Bruce and Andy are actively conducting outreach and will share a copy of the outreach email with the Board.

• Board members agreed to review the email and collaborate on a standardized response template.

• A video presentation on Panemaquip was reviewed.

• A follow-up strategy is needed; timing for the Guatemala summit remains to be determined.

3. Board Member Blog Contributions

• All Board members are requested to submit a 100-word essay with accompanying photos for use on the organization’s website and Facebook blog.

• Suggested topics include personal motivations for joining the Board, goals, and hopes for the future of tPC and AdP.

• All submissions are due to Bruce within two weeks.

4. Social Media Management

• Discussion held on assigning responsibility for setting up and maintaining the Facebook page and exploring other social media platforms.

• Peter agreed to assist Bruce with taking the lead.

5. 2026 Summit and Guatemala Travel Subsidy

• Jose and Peter will evaluate the feasibility of traveling to Guatemala and assess the potential need for a travel subsidy in connection with the 2026 summit.

6. Other Business

• Nazeela is reported to be doing well and is currently seeking new employment opportunities.

7. Next Meeting

The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
