Attendees: Bruce Clemens, Peter McManus, Steve Cox, Andy Karp, and Jose Bailey

Agenda Items:

• Approval of Previous Minutes: Previous meeting minutes approved.

• Board Membership:

  • Peter McNanus expressed interest in joining the Board after visiting San Lucas Toliman with Bruce and having an eye-opening experience.

  • Peter currently works with Clarke Construction and speaks Spanish.

  • Board moved to extend membership to Peter. Motion approved unanimously, and Peter became a voting member.

USAID Stop Work:

• One ADP office was fully funded by USAID. Staff and Director were managing an AID project.

• More than half of ADP’s staff were impacted.

• We will connect with NGOs to discuss how we can be supportive. Stephen and Andy will draft a post.

• We will reach out to ADP to inquire about their crisis management and offer assistance.

Action Items:

• Peter and Jose will work on social media posts related to USAID.
